Whip up this "breakfast in a glass" when time is short in the morning.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup strong brewed or instant hot coffee
2 Flavour Creations® tablets or 1 packet: French Vanilla or Hazelnut
6 1/4 grain Necta Sweet® sugar substitute tablets or 3 sweetener packets 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 large banana sliced and frozen
4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS: Combine coffee, flavoring tablets and sweetener tablets; allow to stand for 1 minute. To dissolve tablets. Stir to distribute flavoring and sweetener. Pour flavored coffee, yogurt, frozen banana slices and ice cubes in a blender container. Cover and process on High speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings.

Mocha Dessert Sauce
If craving a hot fudge sundae or to "jazz up" a slice of plain angel food cake, consider this rich tasting quick-to-fix sauce. INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of strong coffee, brewed or instant, cooled to room temperature
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Flavour Creations® tablets or 1 packet (your choice of flavor)
Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS: In a small saucepan, combine coffee and cornstarch; add chocolate and Flavour Creations® Whisk over medium heat until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add cinnamon, if desired, and allow sauce to cool to warm or room temperature before serving. Serve over frozen yogurt, fat-free ice cream or angel food cake. Makes 8 (1 tablespon) servings.

Almond Tiramisu Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder or instant expresso powder
12 Flavour Creations® Almond Amaretto coffee flavoring tablets
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 12 oz bakery pound cake
Unsweetened baking cocoa
Sliced toasted almonds, optional
DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan or microwave bowl, combine the water, corn syrup and instant coffee; heat just to boiling. Stir in te Flavor Creations tablets and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1/3 cup cooled coffee mixture; beat until smooth. In another small mixing bowl, heat cream until soft peaks for. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
To assemble, cut a slice of pound cake to fit into the bottoms of 8 large wine glasses. Drizzle each piece of cake with a spoonful of the coffee mixture. Top each piece of cake wiht a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture two more times. Sift baking cocoa over the top of each parfait; cover each glass with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, top each parfait with toasted almonds, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
